Neck and Face Sagging: How to Combat It?

March 20, 2024

The sagging of the neck and face is a sign of aging and lack of vitality within facial harmony, and it’s a very important issue for most of my patients.

This month, I decided to write about a technique that works very well: Fractional Radiofrequency with Micro-needles (FRM), a technology that can delay or keep you away from the scalpel at the facial level.

What treatments can be used for neck and face sagging?

By combining radiofrequency, micro-needles, and facial treatments, we can offer a simple treatment with quick recovery and results never before seen in the new technologies of aesthetic medicine.

How does radiofrequency help with sagging?

It allows us, through its micro-needles, to optimize the transmission of fractional radiofrequency according to the patient’s needs, achieving surface skin protection.

In this way, we ensure almost immediate incorporation into their daily life.

By using these isolated micro-needles at various depths, we protect the epidermal tissue to minimize patient discomfort while stimulating collagen, which in turn helps to tighten and rejuvenate the skin with minimal superficial damage.

How long does the sagging treatment last?

The number of sessions depends on each case, but the general recommendation is two to three sessions, with 2 to 3 weeks in between, where you’ll see results from the same moment.

But in terms of firmness and texture, improvements start from the second week and continue up to six months, and in some cases up to twelve months.
