CANCELLATION POLICY - TERMS OF SERVICE –
MEDILIGHT CENTER

1. Messages related to your account, orders, services, appointment reminders, marketing and promotional messages may be received. Frequency may vary.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at {support email address or toll-free number}.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

At Medilight Center, we value our patients’ and professionals’ time. To ensure efficient service for everyone, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

1. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 fee.
  • If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice (“No Show”), the $50 fee will be automatically applied.
  • All deposits and payments made toward an appointment are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the amount can only be used as credit toward a future appointment.

2. DEPOSITS AND CHARGES

  • If a deposit was made for your appointment, the $50 fee will be deducted from the deposited amount.
  • If the appointment was complimentary or part of a promotion, the cancellation fee must be paid before scheduling a new appointment.
  • No future appointments will be scheduled until the cancellation fee has been paid.

3. EXCEPTIONS

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If the cancellation is due to a medical emergency or force majeure circumstances, we may consider an exception to this policy. Documentation or evidence may be required for review.

4. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING PROCESS

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling 786-413-0785 or emailing [contact email] during business hours.
  • If you cancel outside business hours, it will be considered a late cancellation if it does not meet the 24-hour notice requirement.

5. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By scheduling an appointment at Medilight Center, the patient acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this cancellation policy.
